Metro Parc is a transit-oriented, mixed-use development and the first of its kind in Hialeah’s new transit district centered around the Metrorail Transfer Station. The project includes mid-rise residential units and ground-level retail space. The landscape design features extensive native planting throughout, with large planters that accommodate both trees and a diverse understory. The result is a lush environment that reflects South Florida’s sub-tropical character while supporting local pollinators and bird habitat. The development also includes a large amenity deck with a swimming pool, cabanas, and a barbecue area.
