Vox - Phase II

South Miami, Florida

Vox Phase II is a mixed-use urban development providing student rental housing for University of Miami students, along with ground-floor retail spaces that activate the street. The project features two upper-level amenity decks designed for residents: one focused on lounging and relaxation, and another dedicated to dog owners. Both decks are richly landscaped by LandscapeDE, bringing native planting and greenery to the elevated spaces.

At street level, the design includes a welcoming streetscape planted with mature Live Oak and Pigeon Plum trees, complemented by a diverse Florida-native understory. A unique highlight is the sabal palm allee between the new building and the adjacent parking structure. This passageway features 30-foot-tall sabal palms arching over a shaded walkway lined with native subtropical shrubs, creating a distinctive, inviting urban space.
